Position Overview: Are you an accounting professional with a passion for real estate and expertise in HUD housing? We are seeking a talented Property Accountant to oversee financial operations for our diverse portfolio of properties. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring compliance with HUD regulations and maintaining the financial health of our properties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial activities for properties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and rent collection.
- Ensure compliance with HUD regulations and reporting requirements.
