- Ensure that reversing entries occur
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
- Conduct periodic reconciliations of mortgage accounts
- Issue financial statements for Controller review
- Assist with assembly of information for owners, investors, and regulating entities
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
- Assist the Controller with special projects
- Special projects, as necessary
