Role: Payroll and Grant Accountant

Key Responsibilities of the Payroll and Grant Accountant:

• Process bi-weekly payroll and handle year-end adjustments
• Prepare contract vouchers and monitor balances
• Reconcile payroll liability accounts and verify deductions
• Handle employment verifications and agency inquiries
• Prepare payroll journal entries and review expenses

Requirements for the Payroll and Grant Accountant role:

• 2 years payroll experience required
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business related role
• Tech savvy: ADP Workforce Now experience is ideal for this role
