Our client is a leading manufacturing organization looking to add a Human Resources Specialist to their Human Resources team.
Our client is a $2B manufacturing organization in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing organization.
The incumbent will support the North America team regarding all employee and benefits related questions and changes.
Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Specialist Role :
- Processing transactions in Workday
- Provide documentation for employee promotions and transfers
- Coordinating with a 3rd party for leave of absence cases
- Processing promotions, title changes, and terminations
- Assisting payroll department
Required Skills of the Human Resources Specialist :
- Knowledge of Payroll
- General HR knowledge
- Experience with an HRIS system
Additional Experience Preferred for the Human Resources Specialist :
- Workday experience
- ADP Experience
