Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a growing company seeking a HR Generalist to join their team. This position reports to the CFO, and is responsible for managing the payroll and benefits programs and upholding Human Resource policies.

The HR Generalist responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Verify and analyze bi-weekly payrolls for salaried and hourly employees
• Review quarterly and year end payroll reports
• Generate weekly reports to monitor overtime and general ledger entries
• Administer Health and Benefits Program including 403B Plan with outside consultant
• Payroll reconciliations
• DOL / OSHA Reporting
• Process Workers Comp incidents, reports, and claims

Qualifications for the HR Generalist position :

• 2 years payroll experience
• Knowledge of ADP
• Understanding of state and federal HR compliance preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
