BGSF is Hiring a Financial Analyst Near Chicago, IL
BGSF has teamed up with a large non-profit organization who is in search of a Sr. Financial Analyst. Please note that this is a direct-hire opportunity and this organization operates 1 day/week onsite. Please no out of state applicants at this time, there is no option for relocation currently.
Responsibilities
- Work with day-to-day financial responsibilities with a focus in forecasting, in-depth analysis and budgeting
- Consistently analyze financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports
- Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators
- Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management
- Monitor the budget and spending to report on financial results
- Prepare and review annual budget submissions and ensure 100% accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- 4 years of financial analysis experience
- Must have experience working in the non-profit sector
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Must be local to the Chicagoland area, no out of state candidates at this time
