Director of Accounting and Finance: Growing Company

Overview of the Director of Accounting and Finance role:

• Build, maintain and manage the budgeting process
• Conduct financial analysis
• Oversee billing, AP, AR and payroll operations
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports, analyzing financial data
• Implement necessary accounting controls

Preferred Qualifications for the Director of Accounting and Finance:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related
• CPA desired
• 7 years' progressive experience
• Supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, Financial Systems, Data Modeling and Excel
• Experience in Payment Processing, SaaS or similar industry desired. Understands the basic concepts of ACH processing and credit card processing
• Ability to build out the cost of goods in order to support the build-out of proposals and customer pricing
