Our client is a renowned and award winning Construction company in the Denver Metro area. They are looking for a hands on Controller who loves building and developing teams to join their organization.

Duties of the Controller:

• Prepare Financial Statements and management reports
• direct the month end close process
• oversee job costing and WIP reporting
• day to day responsibility for A/R, A/P, Job Cost and GL teams
• assist with Treasury functions and bank reporting
• review existing processes for any efficiency or controls improvement opportunities

Preferred qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8-10 years of experience in Accounting
• Construction industry experience required
• collaborative, outgoing personality who enjoys mentoring people
