Located North of Denver, we are committed to maintaining a 100% onsite workforce to uphold the personal touch that sets our business apart.**Cash Application Specialist Responsibilities:**- Conduct day-to-day full-cycle accounts receivable maintenance to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payment of accounts under your responsibility.- Process credit memos and apply heavy cash application accurately and within established timelines.- Take charge of loading deposits and manipulating data for account management.- Engage in ad hoc AR-related projects as needed, displaying initiative and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Work independently, with minimal supervision, to resolve outstanding account balances and discrepancies.- Maintain meticulous records of all AR activities and communications.**Cash Application Experience & Qualifications:**- Proven background in full-cycle AR management, demonstrating strong capability in cash application and deposit loading.- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency in managing time-sensitive tasks.- Ability to work independently, demonstrating problem-solving skills and initiative.- Proficiency in data manipulation and management, with the ability to adapt to various financial systems and technologies.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.- Local to the Denver area, with the commitment to work onsite.Qualified Cash Application candidates are encouraged to apply.
