What You'll Do as a Billing Analyst :
- Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, to analyze billing data and resolve partner inquiries across various communication channels promptly.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve billing issues efficiently, ensuring seamless operations.
- Support past due collections efforts through effective partner communication and negotiation.
- Maintain accurate records of all billing and collections activities in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the billing process and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Work closely with team members to ensure timely response and resolution of billing inquiries, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Conduct account reconciliations and manage multi-currency accounts, leveraging your analytical skills to identify discrepancies and drive resolution.
What We Are Looking For in an Billing Analyst :
- A motivated and energetic individual with a strong foundation in accounting principles and advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
