Responsibilities of the AP Specialist :
- The AP Specialist will process invoices accurately and efficiently, utilizing 3-way matching.
- Code invoices and expenses in accordance with the company's accounting policies.
- The AP Specialist will review and match all credit card transactions for accuracy
- The AP Specialist will be heavily involved in the month-end reporting
- Cross-training with AR and ad-hoc projects as assigned
