In this Accounts Payable Specialist position you will be responsible for full-cycle AP including matching, batching, coding invoices and cutting checks. You will also be responsible for answering accounting questions and updating invoices as needed. This Accounts Payable Specialist is full-time and offers great benefits. Requirements of this AP Specialist:
- 1-3 years of accounts payable experience
- QuickBooks experience is highly preferred
- Heavy experience with Excel including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS
