Create Wellness is Hiring a Lead Front Office Patient Coordinator (FT) Near San Diego, CA
Our holistic health center is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and leading front office operations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for helping others, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities include:
Performing necessary day-to-day functions at the front desk, including interacting with patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, creating invoices, and collecting payments.
Contacting patients who have fallen out of care or did not proceed with care.
Presenting patients with treatment options with pricing and keeping up with renewals.
Connecting with patients and providing education to ensure patient engagement and retention.
Executing projects related to operations, marketing, and sales for business growth and expansion.
Acting as the liaison between the providers and patients.
Supporting team members and the center as necessary with a positive demeanor.
Qualifications:
Experience in a customer-facing administrative role, preferably in a medical, dental, chiropractic, or naturopathic setting.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in order to manage workflow.
Strong execution and implementation skills with follow-through on completing tasks and projects.
Effective communication techniques to increase revenues and handle patient concerns.
