Create Wellness is Hiring an IV Infusion Nurse (PT) Near La Jolla, CA

Do you have excellent IV skills and would like to work in a holistic setting? We are seeking a skilled IV Infusion Nurse (RN) to administer vitamins and nutrients intravenously. The position will be 2-3 days per month, typically on Fridays, and the hours may vary depending on when patients are scheduled.

The right candidate will possess expert IV skills, and be able to work quickly but gently with multiple patients at a time. Some of our patients are "hard sticks" and expect to be poked only once. Prior experience at an infusion center is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Starting IVs and mixing nutrients.
Opening and closing treatment rooms.
Preparing treatment rooms between patients.
Managing timely patient flow without delays.
Tracking nutrient and medical supply inventory.
Drawing up vitamin injections.
Charting notes in EHR.
Providing patient education and answering questions.

Qualifications:

Over 2 years of IV experience
Performing IVs on adults at your current job
Ability to work in an EHR and MS Office Suite (Excel and Word)
