```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dispensary Manager to oversee the operations of our cannabis dispensary. The Dispensary Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the dispensary, including inventory management, staff supervision, customer service, and compliance with state regulations.

```Duties:```
- Manage and oversee all dispensary operations, including inventory control, sales, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations governing the sale and distribution of cannabis products
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all dispensary activities
- Train and supervise dispensary staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales transactions, and customer information
- Monitor market trends and adjust product offerings and pricing accordingly
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure understanding of company policies and procedures

```Skills:```
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is preferred
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and their effects
- Experience in stock management and inventory control
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and vendors
- Ability to price products competitively based on market analysis
- Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising employees
- Proficiency in using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems for sales transactions
- Familiarity with retail math calculations for pricing and discounts
- Understanding of local cannabis market trends and consumer preferences
