Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties
- Greet and welcome students/parents with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide information to clients and visitors regarding company services and policies
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

-Take photos/videos for social media use (per management request)

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents

-Dressing appropriately for a professional environment and maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
