We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist with full-cycle recruiting experience to support our recruitment team by helping us find and place qualified candidates. To succeed in this role, you need to have prior experience in sourcing, strong sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Sourcing Specialist is to actively source by searching social networks and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates and build a solid talent pipeline for our company's current and future staffing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Actively source and recruit candidates by using databases and social media platforms
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and conduct interviews using various reliable selection tools/methods to filter candidates
• Organizing an effective employee referral system.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based)
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
