We are looking for a Baker to join the morning Crave Crew in our new location in Orland Park, IL.

As our Baker you;

• Have 2 years baking experience
• Adhere to strict recipe guidelines while maintaining the integrity of each recipe.
• Analyze sales figures to determine the amount of product that needs to be made daily in order to reduce waste.
• Prepare and decorate cookies with glazes, icings, and buttercream frosting
• Shape and measure dough to create Crave creations.
• Bake cookies according to proper oven temperature.
• Create a friendly and inviting customer-first atmosphere!
• Achieve sales plans, maintain operational controls and customer metrics
• Ensure a supply of clean baking sheets, tools, and mixing bowls
• Follow company policies and procedures and all other duties as assigned.

What We Need from You

• 2 years bakery experience

• Understanding of food safety practices

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment surrounded by active employees and crowds of customers.
• Ability to work between the hours of 6 a.m. and 11 p.m.
• Excellent time management skills
• Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking and standing, frequent bending, kneeling and reaching
• Must be able to communicate in English effectively through speech and writing
• Consistently lift 25-50 lbs.; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. with the ability to push or pull more than 50 lbs.
• Ability to work with industrial mixers, ovens, cooling racks, pastry bags and any additional professional kitchen equipment
