Responsibilities
Construction Project Manager
Project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and within budget. Project managers coordinate with other departments and entities to accomplish project goals.
- Develop project schedule to monitor and track progress
- Determine and define scope of work and deliverables
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
- Review drawings, specifications and proposals and provide value engineering solutions
- Liaison between Crash Champions, contractors, and landlord
- Manage contracts with vendors and contractors
- Interface with finance department
- Collaborate with architects and engineers
- Ensure all local, state and building codes and regulations are adhered to
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
Qualifications
- Experience in construction management or a similar position
- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Precise attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Able to lead and manage employees
- Travel at least 25%
- In office role
