The Travel & Logistics Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting the company travel logistics and ground activities for our Field Technicians working out of state. This role is tasked with booking travel, maintaining contact with the relevant personnel and planning routes for project completion. Additional responsibilities include managing logistical support, and overseeing day-to-day project operations.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
Books daily travel needs; including but not limited to flights, hotel accommodations and car access throughout the US.
Create and maintain accurate and up to date on the ground travel itineraries
Create and Maintain contact lists for point of contacts at all levels of the project. (State and site)
Maintain preplanning contact with on-site personnel and schedule access
Maintains key project relationships and contacts
Provides reporting and insights into on the ground activities for project
Works flexible shifts due to time differences for the personnel working on the project.

Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Adaptable to various situations and deliver results under heavy pressure deadlines
Travel experience preferred

Able to work non-standard hours as required
