CRANE EQUIPMENT & SERVICE, INC is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Summary: We are an industry leader and growing company with a great opportunity to join our Sales Team. In this key position, you will be promoting and generating sales of our products with our established distributor network while providing superior customer service. We seek a career minded person seeking a long-term position with a great company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops cost estimates and proposals for customers.
  • Prepares and submits customer proposals noting features, pricing and delivery timing using established proposal forms.
  • Enters new or updated customer/sales data into company CRM.
  • Builds and maintains strong customer relationships.
  • Follow up on proposals to achieve quarterly Sales Goals.
  • Enter new orders for customers.

  • Strong phone presence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Desire to learn and grow product knowledge.
  • Strong work ethic; team-oriented attitude.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, with secondary or post-secondary coursework concentrated in sales/marketing, or equivalent on the job experience.
  • College Degree is a plus.

Computer Skills:

  • Proficient personal computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to understand and work effectively with ERP system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
