Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient food delivery and exceptional customer service. Your main responsibility will be to deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables or customers in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the designated tables or customers
- Ensure accurate and prompt delivery of food items
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure all orders are complete and accurate
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food running area
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer concerns or special requests

Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or plates when necessary
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude
