Project Scope:
The responsibilities of this project include transferring patient information from one medical records system to a new EHR system. This involves tasks such as editing patient information for accuracy, transferring documents and patient notes to the appropriate sections of the chart, removing duplicate documents, and entering and linking "sold" package information for each chart.
Project Scope and Timeline:
The Project Specialist role is a full-time role (M-F, 8am-5pm). The project is expected to involve approximately 5,000 patient charts and is expected to take around 4-6 months to complete.
