Position: Game Master
Availability: All day and evening Saturday, 1 -2 Sundays a month (Weekend availability is a must)
Hours per week: 10 - 15, will vary (with some flexibility)
Occasional Weekday Hours: Possible, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Guide and monitor participants through our exciting escape room adventures
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all players
• Set up and reset game rooms with attention to detail
• Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall escape room experience

Qualifications:

• Weekend availability is a must
• Strong customer service skills
• Maturity and reliability are essential
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Enthusiastic and energetic personality
• Previous experience in customer service is required
