Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Duties: - Greet guests and seat them in a timely manner - Manage the waitlist and estimate wait times accurately - Provide menus to guests and answer any questions they may have - Assist with taking reservations and managing the reservation system - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station - Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary Skills: - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and guest relations - Proficiency in using POS systems, such as Aloha POS, to manage seating arrangements and reservations - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks - Previous experience in a hotel or food service industry is preferred Join our team and enjoy a positive work environment, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth within the company. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
