**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented bartender to join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons by preparing and serving beverages in accordance with our standards. You will also play a key role in creating a welcoming and lively atmosphere for our guests.

**Duties:**

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, while adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Greet customers warmly, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences and menu offerings.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing inventory, cleaning glassware, and ensuring that all equipment is in working order.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, engaging in conversation and ensuring that their needs are met promptly.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems, handle cash transactions, and maintain a balanced cash drawer at all times.
• Monitor and control alcohol consumption to ensure responsible drinking and comply with legal regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Stay updated on current beverage trends, new products, and industry developments to enhance the guest experience and contribute to menu development.
• Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally, resolving customer complaints or concerns as they arise.
