Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. Duties:
- Greet customers and take drink orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Create unique and innovative cocktails based on customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age and refuse service to intoxicated customers
- Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in the hospitality or food industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with guests in a friendly manner
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 21 years old or as per legal drinking age requirements
