Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to join our expanding team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in prospecting new leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and enhancing our lead conversion rate. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are motivated, enjoy building client connections, and possess a strong work ethic. We have a 12 yr long radio show, a best-selling book on selling homes, as well our new book about to be published on CashCPO. $45,000 at plan earnings bonus

• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
• Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
• Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
• Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
• Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs

• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Real estate license or pursuing required
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
