CPL Group USA is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Long Island, NY

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our management team and contribute to the smooth operation of our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task efficiently, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

· Handle incoming and outgoing email correspondence with property managers, tenants, contractors, and other clients. Email should be checked regularly throughout the course of the day to ensure prompt attention to immediate issues are directed/acted upon immediately.

· Assist in preparing and proofreading documents.

· Create, enter, and update info into organizational database.

· Request and distribute Certificates of Insurance

· Maintain Customer and Job folders.

· Attend monthly job status meetings.

Requirements:

· Must have minimum of 5 years administrative experience, construction/electrical background a plus.

· Applicants must have excellent communication skills and strong computer/data entry skills. Zoho & QuickBooks a plus

· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

· Highly motivated team player

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Multi-tasking is essential for this position.

· Ability to take initiative and manage all level of tasks and duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Benefits:
