CPG Beyond is Hiring a Sales Support Representative Near Ashburn, VA
- Quote/Proposal Preparation – full life cycle quote management when necessary
- Follow up on parts deliveries i.e. batteries, caps and other parts from OEM vendors, trade subcontractors and partners.
- Coordinate with CPG Operations and Service Teams on scheduling & shipments.
- Submit Purchase Order requests to Accounting.
- Coordinate with Vendors to release orders and follow up on ship dates.
- Inventory/Logistics Management – track purchased products and communicate with customer regarding their order status
- Ensure accurate and up to date information is entered into NetSuite.
- Attend kick off meetings to assist in smooth handoff of project from bid to execution if necessary.
- Identify additional opportunities for CPG to generate revenue.
- Utilize NetSuite to track all open and closed opportunities.
- Accompany Outside Sales Representative in attending face-to-face meetings with customers.
- Deliver reporting for assigned Sales Representatives.
- Complete ISXs and Submittals for 3rd party vendors.
- Complete training courses assigned by Supervisor.
- Bachelor‘s Degree
- 1-2 years in a customer service/sales/relationship management role
- Previous data center experience a plus
- Previous experience with Oracle NetSuite a plus
- Microsoft office proficiency – Excel, Word, Power Point
- No certificates or licenses required for this position.
- No supervisory responsibilities for this position.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
