CPFI is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Richmond, VA

CPFI provides home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and training to their caregivers in their home and community. As an ABA Behavior Technician in our program, you will:

  • Provide direct 1:1 home-based ABA services to youth under the age of 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other neurodevelopmental disorders.
  • Support client’s caregivers through a variety of methods and family training.
  • Develop meaningful, evidenced-based, hierarchical programming based on data, progress and the continued assessment of the client.
  • Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and document each session through clinical notes and data collection.
  • Collaborate with medical and school providers.
  • Link and refer to appropriate community resources.
  • Discharge and transition planning.

Education, Experience & Other Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • LBA License by the State of Virginia Department of Health Professions Board of Medicine
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA.
  • Completion of background checks.
  • Valid driver’s license with less than 9 points and reliable transportation.
