JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required. 

Required Experience: 3 or more years’ supervisory experience, required. Training and experience in ABA. 

License: New York State Driver’s License and Agency Insurability. 

Job Description Summary: Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and evaluating the operation of the residential program for a particular residence or group of residences. The Residential Manager supervises Residential Supervisor and Residence Counselors. Additionally, he/she provides site supervision for therapeutic or counseling professionals that provide services to people we serve in the residences. The QIDP coordinates all aspects of care for people we serve to ensure active treatment is provided on an ongoing basis in the least restrictive environment, per OPWDD.
