Role Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of the Technical Services Manager is to support our customers in the installation, training, and service of Cozzini Food Processing Equipment. This is accomplished by providing supervision to on site staff performing preventative maintenance on the equipment, test as needed and overhauling equipment when necessary. Position requires electrical control experience, along with mechanical background. This role will also assist in performing scheduled service calls and customer assistance.

Requirements

· 5 to 7 years field service work.

· 2 years experience basic field supervision of installs and/or service projects.

· Moderate knowledge of mechanical equipment.

· Must have a valid driver’s license and U.S. passport.

· Working knowledge of PLC and Panel view.

· Moderate understanding of pumps and hydraulic systems.

· Extensive travel, including some weekends, and after hours rotational phone support.

· Must have a valid driver’s license and U.S. passport.

· Bilingual Spanish a plus.
