Subrogation Tech Assistant-(2400004W)

Cozen O’Connor has an excellent opportunity for a dynamic full-time Subrogation Tech Assistant located in one of the following offices : Philadelphia, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles or San Diego.

This is a hybrid role 3 days in office and 2 days remote and will work with our Subrogation & Recovery Department.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter, who is able to perform extensive multi-tasking under numerous time constraints with exceptional attention to detail, take initiative, think strategically and independently and interact with all levels of the firm.

The position requires excellent communication, organizational and computer skills.

Responsibilities :

• Review of new claim assignment materials and completion of electronic forms
• Review and summarize claim information
• Handle both internal and external client facing communications
• Monitor emails and respond promptly to those that can be addressed
• Manage files and other administrative tasks

Qualifications :

• 2 3 years of office / clerical administrative experience in a law firm is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must possess strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must be detail-orientated with the ability to draft, proofread, and edit documents / forms with minimal supervision
• Extensive technical experience using Microsoft Suite with advanced level experience in Word, Outlook and Excel
• Ability to work well under pressure and strict deadlines

The salary range for this role is $40,000 - $50,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and location.
