Duties include but are not limited to:

• Help retail customers select and purchase Motorcycle Parts and Accessories, obtain parts for repair techs, stock inventory and more.
• Develop relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales and referrals
• Actively reach out to customers via text, email, and calls, paying special attention to new bike buyers and new riders.
• Answer phone and provide parts information
• Attractively display merchandise
• Maintain organized and clean appearance counters, displays, shelves, bins, etc.
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Parts Sales, Motorcycle experience is preferred
• Saturday availability is required
• Outgoing and friendly with excellent sales and customer service skills
• Good communication skills and motivated to succeed
• Cashier/cash handling and data entry experience
