  Build and lead a high performance sales team to meet sales goals and more.
• Hire, train, motivate and supervise a high-performance sales team
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team in achieving them
• Coach the sales team on improving sales performance and closing deals
• Promote a strong focus on a high level of customer satisfaction
• Foster positive customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 
  Powersports and/or Harley-Davidson GSM/Sales Manager experience is required
• Dynamic leader, team builder, strong closer, high energy, positive and outgoing
• Excellent communication, customer service and social media skills
• Very strong computer and CRM skills
• Motorcycle endorsement
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
