Our mission is to provide the best online car sales experience is excelling and we’re looking for new team members to grow with us!The Title Clerk Assistant performs administrative and transactional services in support of various vehicle operations functions, including those associated with auctions, operations, logistics, inspections, dealer services.
In this role, you may work with vehicle titles, registration and / or other documents and records. You will ensure all documents and records are prepared, verified and filed according to company and regulatory requirements.
You will ensure all administrative services are performed in accordance with business, process and customer expectations.
This is an on-site position Monday-Friday 8 : 30AM- 5 : 00 PM. This role is temporarily based in Clearwater but will move to St.
Petersburg in the upcoming months. Essential Functions :

To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position.

Benefits
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
