CoWorx Staffing is looking for a personable, energetic and computer-savvy individual to join our Manchester NH operation for approximately 2-4 months for a Temporary Recruiter / Sourcing Assistant role.

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the candidate application process, pre-screening applicants and updating documentation in our applicant tracking system. You will also be assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, answering incoming phone calls and basic inquiries, as well as escalating more complex questions to the senior recruiters and operations manager.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming visitors
• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Make outbound calls to candidates who have applied to our jobs online
• Text and email candidates and talent with updates and answers to frequently asked questions
• Schedule appointments and update team calendar
• Electronic filing and scanning documents
• Updating files
• Responding to emails and texts
• Basic administrative tasks, reporting and scanning paperwork

Qualifications

• Be a people-person and authentically enjoy dealing with the public
• Strong communication skills
• Basic MS Office including Outlook or similar email platform, MS Word and Excel
• Ability to work in an office setting Monday-Friday on an 8:30AM-5PM schedule. We may consider part-time hours for the right candidate.
