DescriptionSafety/HR Support AdministratorI. Job SummaryThe Administrative Support Associate role requires interdepartmental assistance as needed as well as the ability to multi-task and promptly transition from performing job functions from one area of the operation to another. This position will also include back up responsibilities for multiple departments as required.II. Weekly ScheduleThis is a full-time position with a standard work schedule Monday through Friday. III. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.
- Overseeing clerical tasks as needed interdepartmentally across HR and Safety· Assisting Safety and HR with file, document, and order maintenance as needed· Working with staff members to assist with day to day tasks· Providing back up support across safety and HR departments as needed· Assist Safety and HR manager with various tasks as neededIV. QualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.Education:
- High School Diploma or GED.Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in an office setting preferable· Proficient with Microsoft office Suites and phone systems· Ability to communicate via phone or email and the ability to learn service-specific software.
- Good time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed timely and efficiently.
- Adheres to work schedule and follows through on challenges as they arise.
- Ability to adhere to Company policies and rules set forth; promotes the Company’s safety standards; does not take inappropriate risks.
