You’d have the following responsibilities:

• Partner with insurance brokers, TPAs and insurance companies to achieve claim resolution
• Process incoming loss notices and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Analyze policy response and guide adjusters on various claims scenarios
• Review claim developments and monitor TPA service standards
• Summarize new claims reports and loss development to management
• Assist in training procedures with teammates on claims insights and processes

Supervision structure:

• Reports directly to Claims Manager

Other duties:

• Attend weekly meetings
• Complete quarterly reviews
• Assist where needed with Underwriting Team and Covenant operations

Qualifications:

• Texas Adjuster License, in good standing
• Five years of experience in commercial property or casualty claims preferred
• College degree from a 4-year university required
• Interest in learning about our programs and contributing to our growth
• Ability to work in-person at our office in downtown Houston

Compensation:

• Annual Salary: $75,000
• Annual bonus based on team production
