Covenant Testing Technologies is Hiring a Well Testing Operator I Near Pleasanton, TX
Overview
Models professionalism from the proper use of PPE, integration of ‘living’ JSAs, and checklists.
Possesses detailed knowledge of best practices and expert situational awareness of pad operations.
Capable of independently supporting frac, drill out, flowback, and production operations.
Can operate, fix, or construct safe and resourceful workarounds for manifold, plug catcher, SKO, line heater, and low/high-pressure separator.
Ensures proper execution of all field maintenance associated with flowback equipment.
Identifies ‘teachable moments’ and presents information accurately, clearly, and concisely, in line with Covenant best practices.
Drives high standards that signify significant experience in the service line.
Responsibilities
On-time for pickup and location
Ready to work (PPE and additional clothing for weather, water, and food)
Team player (willing and effective at receiving guidance and feedback)
Properly and consistently complete and update a JSA as the situation changes
Identify and serve key company men
Excels at all SSE - Op I expectations (prevents actions that are dumb, different, or dangerous)
Expert manifold operator, plug catcher, SKO, Line Heater, and separator operator
Expert at identifying and correcting problems on site (including maintenance)
Expert communicator, serving the company men, subordinates, and management
Capable of identifying and correcting problems on site (including maintenance)
Can effectively instruct, ensuring SSE through Op I meet or exceed their expectations and knowledge base
Capable of supporting multiple job sites simultaneously
Proficient with job site logistics (plans, prepares, and communicates proper site layout, ensuring all necessary tools and equipment are available on the first trip out)
Fully understands customer downhole goals and associated impacts from flowback operator decisions and actions
Reporting accurate, hourly data (or required customer frequency)
Communicate and annotate detailed shift changes
Report timely data to Covenant Supervisors & Management (near misses / good catches, daily field status reporting, etc.)
Keeps location organized and clean of debris, trash, and obstructions
Qualifications

Able to lift 50-100lbs and work long hours in extreme conditions
Have a professional appearance
Must pass and maintain client-required random drug tests
CTT has suspended Pre-employment hair follicle drug testing. However, new employees are subject to hair follicle testing after six months of employment.
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record to be cleared to operate motor vehicles at all times
