About the Opportunity

The front office receptionist will be responsible for providing a positive, welcoming experience to our patients and their families! The individual hired into this role will route all incoming calls and greets patients and patient families, complete insurance verification as needed, cash collections and the correct handling of patient charts. 

This role operates Monday through Friday, 8a.m to 4:30p.m. No weekends!

About the Candidate

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Must be competent in the use of basic office equipment including computer, printer, telephone and fax.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and remain poised and professional when interacting with potentially hostile patients and family members.
  • Must possess excellent clerical and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills
  • Strong team player, adept at multitasking and flexible in approach
