PURPOSE
Under general supervision, provides routine nursing care within the limits of nursing knowledge, education, licensure, experience and ethical, legal standards of care. Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Experience: Previous experience in an ambulatory or acute care setting preferred.
Certificate/License
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Texas and current AHA approved Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) course completion card. Required to maintain a current registered nursing license and CPR certification during employment.
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
