Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide guidance and support to help students achieve their educational goals. Duties: - Create and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards - Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth - Utilize effective behavior management strategies to maintain a productive learning environment - Assess student progress through various methods, such as tests, projects, and assignments - Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic development - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate instructional activities and resources - Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns - Stay updated on educational best practices and participate in professional development opportunities Experience: - Previous experience working in a classroom setting is preferred - Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies - Experience working with children of different age groups - Strong behavior management skills - Familiarity with special education practices is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to plan and organize lessons effectively - Knowledge of literacy education principles is beneficial - Experience in toddler care is an asset We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience. Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
