Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Provide individualized attention and support to students - Foster a love for learning through engaging activities and interactive teaching methods - Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior - Implement effective behavior management strategies - Utilize technology and educational resources to enhance learning experiences Experience: - Previous experience working with students in an educational setting - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Familiarity with childhood development stages and milestones - Strong classroom management skills, including behavior management techniques - Ability to create engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes Skills: - Behavior management - Preschool education - Lesson planning - Early childhood education - Childhood development - Classroom management - Daycare experience - Ability to educate and inspire students - Experience working with students in math We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
