Job Summary

Position Summary: Acts as a Liaison between the MA, PSRs, Providers and patients. Will demonstrate a high level of organization and to prioritize tasks. Will have access to highly confidential patient information and must handle and protect the information in accordance with Hospital protocol, HIPAA requirements and the highest level of ethical standards. Will be competent and knowledgeable of duties within the medical office setting which may include faxing, scanning, scheduling, mailing letters, referrals, closing orders, and preloading records.

Education: High School Diploma/GED

Certification: none

Experience: 1 – 3 years (minimum of 2 yrs exp)
