The Manager, Human Resources manages employee relations, labor relations (union), and has hands-on knowledge of Federal, State and local labor laws, including wage and hour and Leave of Absence. Understands how to interpret policies and procedures consistently across all employment groups. Understands the importance of positive employee relations and can train and coach supervisors to resolve employment matters.

Experience:
5-7 years experience as a Human Resources Manager or the equivalent
2-3 years of hands-on Union/Labor Relations Experience required
2-3 years of hands-on employee relations experience required
Experience with facilitating managing DFEH, EEOC, DOL complaints.
Experience conducting employee investigations and managing to resolution
Healthcare Experience preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher Required
Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel up to 20-30 percent to facilities throughout CA and NV
