Cove Haven Resort is hiring two Dedicated and Meticulous Restaurant Salad Bar Attendants at the Illustrious Couples Resort located in Lakeville, PA. The ideal candidates will put pride in their work, be reliable, and be friendly and professional at all times.

Essential Functions:

• Meets and greets guests as they arrive, explains choice of seating, then explains and/or escorts guests through buffet area to ensure all guests are aware of the food and beverage offerings available.
• Reads guest arrivals reports and maintains log of how many guests have access each day. Based on this information, the Salad Bar Attendant adjusts orders for the following day.
• Maintains proper set-up and follows proper grooming standards on a daily basis.
• Places food/beverage request orders for the following day, based on occupancy numbers.
• Performs opening and closing duties.
• Ensures that all items are properly stored in locked storage facilities at the end of each shift.
• Ensures that the buffet area is secured at the end of each shift.
