About the role

As an Equipment Operator , you will be responsible for the safe and efficient processing of inbound materials and refuse of various forms through Reworld’s industrial disposal process.

Position Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the daily inspection and safe operation of all mobile equipment.
• Safe and effective operations on the Tipping Floor, Residue Storage and Refuse Crane
• Sweep / shovel floors in buildings when required, ensure roadways around the building are maintained daily to maintain compliance with ash track out.

Wash all equipment weekly. Wash down the floor and walls periodically. Pick up loose debris along roadways.

• Complete the required Reworld training for EO within the assigned timelines.
• Additional duties as assigned to ensure safe and efficient facility operations

Position Requirements & Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• A minimum of 1 year experience operating industrial equipment

Shift Work

This position works on a rotating 12-hour shift including nights, weekends, and some holidays. Overtime will be required.

• Ability to walk, stand, sit, and climb
• Ability to lift / carry 50lbs
• Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces
• Qualify to wear a full-face respirator
