Overview:
We are seeking a experienced Store Manager to join our team.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store and ensuring exceptional customer service.

YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YR OF MANAGING A PET RETAIL STORE

Alongside the hourly pay rate, you also get commission for selling dogs/cats etc.

Responsibilities:
- Manage aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register operations
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, targets, and performance expectations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail pet store management is required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Speaks English and Spanish (required)
